Yorkshire Blue
Blue from North Yorkshire, England
A soft, creamy blue from Shepherds Purse near Thirsk in North Yorkshire. The paste is buttery and moist, the blue mild and sweet rather than aggressive. It is one of the most approachable English blues, and a good bridge for anyone moving on from Brie.
