An organic semi-hard cheese from the Bath Soft Cheese Company, named after Chaucer's character. It is moulded in baskets, which leave their pattern on the rind. The paste is supple and smooth, with a nutty, buttery sweetness that some people compare to a young Gouda. Easygoing, versatile and excellent in a toastie.
