Wigmore

Village Maid's sheep's milk cheese, named after its maker, Anne Wigmore. The curds are washed, which gives Wigmore its delicate, silky texture and sweet, gentle flavour. As it ripens, it becomes soft and almost custardy, with a clean, milky richness. A beautiful cheese that shows how subtle sheep's milk can be.
