Soft, ash-coated pyramid from Loire Valley, France
A goat's cheese from the Loire shaped like a pyramid with its top cut off. Legend says Napoleon, returning from Egypt, sliced off the top. It is coated in ash, with a dense, lemony paste that softens and grows nuttier with age.
