A goat's cheese created in Devon, moulded in baskets that give it a distinctive flying saucer shape and a patterned rind. The paste is firm yet moist, bright white, with a clean, fresh flavour, a hint of hazelnut and a mineral finish. It's goat's cheese at its most elegant, never goaty or harsh.
