Soft, washed rind from Burgundy, France
A washed-rind cheese from Burgundy, and a milder, lighter cousin of Époisses. The rind is orange and slightly sticky, the paste soft and creamy, the flavour savoury and gently pungent. A good way into Burgundian washed rinds.
