Sharpham Brie

Made on the Sharpham Estate above the River Dart in Devon from Jersey milk, which gives it a deep yellow paste and extraordinary richness. Ripe, it is soft, buttery and mushroomy, with a clean, creamy finish. English Brie can be dull, but this one isn't. Serve it at room temperature, and let it ooze.
