Saint-Félicien

A larger, richer cousin of Saint-Marcellin from the Rhône-Alpes, made with more cream. When ripe, it is soft and oozing, with a buttery, lactic flavour and a gently savoury finish. Warm it slightly and scoop it out with bread. Very few cheeses are more generous.
