Milleens
Washed rind from Co. Cork, Ireland
Made on the Beara Peninsula in West Cork, Milleens was one of the first cheeses of the modern Irish farmhouse cheese movement in the 1970s. It is a washed-rind cheese with a soft, supple paste and a savoury, earthy, gently spicy flavour.
