Keen's Cheddar

A proper Somerset farmhouse Cheddar with the dense, clothbound character that makes traditional Cheddar so compelling. Keen’s is savoury and structured, often with a pleasing tang and a long, earthy finish rather than simple sharpness. For me, this is classic cheesemonger Cheddar: the kind you cut from a big wheel and immediately understand why farmhouse Cheddar is a completely different proposition from the block in a supermarket fridge.
