Soft, herb-crusted from Corsica, France
A Corsican sheep's milk cheese coated in dried herbs such as rosemary and savory, with juniper and chilli. The paste is soft and creamy, the flavour sweet, herbal and aromatic. It looks and smells like the island's scrubland.
