Délice de Bourgogne

A triple-cream cheese from Burgundy, enriched with crème fraîche, made by Fromagerie Lincet. The texture is dense, silky and almost like cheesecake, the flavour rich, buttery and gently tangy, with a mushroomy note from the rind. It is decadence without complication. Serve it with fresh fruit and a glass of Chablis.
