Crozier Blue
Blue from Co. Tipperary, Ireland
The sheep's milk sister to Cashel Blue, made by the same family in County Tipperary. The paste is creamy and rich, the flavour sweet and buttery from the sheep's milk, with a gentle, spicy blue tang. A superb Irish blue.
