Blue Murder

A soft, creamy blue from Highland Fine Cheeses in Tain, one of Scotland's best-known cheese families. The paste is rich and almost spreadable, the blue mellow and rounded, with a sweet, buttery finish. It is an easy blue to love and a great way to put Scotland on a cheeseboard.
