A modern Lancashire blue from Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses, coloured with annatto so it glows orange with blue veining. The paste is soft and very creamy, the flavour mild, sweet and gently tangy. It is one of the most approachable blues I sell, and it melts beautifully over a steak or into a sauce.
