Black Cow Cheddar

Black Cow is the Dorset brand best known for vodka distilled from the whey of its own dairy herd, and the Cheddar comes from the same milk. It is a smooth, rich, mature Cheddar with savoury depth and a clean, slightly sweet finish. I like it as a talking point on a board: the cheese and the vodka come from the same milk, and that story sells both.
