The Snowdonia Cheese Company's extra mature Cheddar, sealed in its unmistakable black wax. The wax keeps the paste unusually smooth and creamy for a mature Cheddar, with a rich, full, tangy flavour. It is not a traditional clothbound Cheddar and doesn't pretend to be, but it is consistently good and a huge favourite with our customers.
