A square, bloomy organic cheese from the Bath Soft Cheese Company at Park Farm, near Bath. When ripe, it is soft and rich beneath the rind, with a buttery, mushroomy flavour and a gentle lactic tang at the centre. A proudly English soft cheese with real depth.
