A raw milk Alpine cheese from Haute-Savoie, named after the Abondance valley and the Abondance cattle breed. The wheel has concave sides, and the flavour is fruity, nutty and slightly bitter, with a supple, creamy paste. A beautiful, lesser-known Alpine cheese.
