Hand-selected by a world cheese judge and working cheesemonger, this box is built around unexpected flavour, craftsmanship, and truly memorable cheeses.

If you’re searching for Sunday Brunch cheeses, unusual cheese box UK, or artisan cheese delivery, this is the selection Morgan would serve.

    WHAT’S INSIDE

Zirben Königin – Austria (The Queen of the Alps)

A rare alpine cheese infused with pine blossom, made high in the mountains where these trees grow.

Creamy with a slightly open texture, it delivers fresh herbaceous notes, almost brothy at first, followed by a deep savoury, woody finish.

    • Tasting notes: pine, fresh herbs, savoury, alpine, woody
    • Perfect with: alpine honey, pine honey, crisp crackers

    Double Gloucester – England

A classic British cheese with a rich, buttery profile and smooth, comforting texture.

When made well, it reveals gentle nuttiness and savoury depth. Famously chased down Cooper’s Hill during the Gloucestershire cheese rolling tradition.

    • Tasting notes: buttery, nutty, mellow, savoury
    • Perfect with: piccalilli, mustard pickle, dry cider

    Sei di Coccio – Italy

A semi-aged blend of cow’s and sheep’s milk, sealed in raw clay and matured in the earth.

This unique ageing creates a compact texture with bold, rustic flavours — earthy, hay-like, and deeply savoury.

    Traditionally cracked open before serving.

    • Tasting notes: earthy, hay, lactic, bold, rustic
    • Perfect with: aged balsamic, serve smashed open
