Ossau-Iraty AOP (Agour – Score 78)
Basque Country, France
Pasteurised sheep’s milk
Smooth, buttery and gently nutty, with the soft sweetness that great sheep’s milk cheeses are known for. Approachable yet elegant, this is the cheese everyone reaches for first, even those who think they “don’t like sheep’s cheese”.
Pairing suggestion:
Serve thinly sliced with cherry jam or black cherry compote, the traditional Basque pairing. Beautiful with toasted walnuts and a glass of Rioja.
Sparkenhoe Red Leicester
Leicestershire, England
Raw cow’s milk
The only farmhouse still making Red Leicester the original way, using raw milk from their own herd. Nothing like the supermarket version. Savoury, earthy, with a deep caramel richness that lingers.
Pairing suggestion:
Perfect with fig relish, pickled pears, or alongside a slice of pork pie on Boxing Day. Outstanding with English sparkling wine, which lifts the natural sweetness.
Gruyère AOP Vorderfultigen Spezial (18+ months)
Switzerland
Raw cow’s milk
The overall winner of the World Cheese Awards. A benchmark cheese.
Aged for over 18 months, this Gruyère is extraordinary. Deep caramel notes, roasted hazelnut, those prized crunchy tyrosine crystals, and a long, savoury, buttery finish. This is Gruyère at its absolute highest level.
Pairing suggestion:
Serve in fine slices with a little truffle honey and fresh bread. Nothing more needed.
Serving Tip
Remove all cheeses from the fridge at least one hour before serving to allow their flavours to fully open.

Delivery & Returns
At checkout you will be given an estimated date of delivery please allow a day either side of this for delivery. This is due to the use of fresh stock, we buy from tiny suppliers so we always wanted to ship with the freshest cheese available. The day before delivery you will receive a tracking number from parcel force and then an hour slot for delivery.
The hour time slot can be changed via parcelforce this can not be done by us. Cheeses of Muswell Hill is not liable for missed delivery so please ensure you instruct parcelforce a time & place that works for you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 13 Fortis Green Rd, Muswell Hill, London N10 3HP.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cheeses Of Muswell are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. We can not change the shipping address once the order has been placed.
