Product Description

Made in the Jura mountains the taste of Comte reflects the sweet young grasses and herbs that the Montbeliard herd graze on. It is similar to Beaufort in as much as it has the same nuttiness and smooth texture yet its flavour is sweeter, smoother and more subtle. The milk used to make Comte in the summer is used for the unique Vacherin Mont d’Or in the winter months
