The Stilton we sell is from Colston Bassett Dairy in Nottingham, in our opinion the best producer there is. Their Stilton is aged to three months and has a natural rubbed rind.  This crumbly cheese with its even blue veins is very creamy with a lasting bite.  We really know that Christmas has arrived when the Colston Bassett delivery arrives in mid November and we can hardly see out of the shop window!
