Charles Martell is the maker of this superbly unusual and cult English cheese. It has a bright orange washed rind, which is washed in perry (a cider made with pears), and a rich gooey and very runny interior simliar to a Vacherin. It has a strong, pungent aroma and a flavour that smacks of bacon with a hint of sweetness in its after taste.
