Awarded a bronze medal at the British Cheese Awards 2004. Made in Somerset by Phyllis Teale, this pyramid-shaped goats cheese is covered with ash and white mould and has a fluffy, curdy texture with just a little softening under the rind. It has a lemony, almond taste and is made from the milk of Phyllis' own herd of goats.
