Pyrenees Chevre is a superb hard goats milk cheese. Produced on a farm in the Pyrenees, using the sweet milk of a herd that grazes in the Vallee d'Aspe. Made only during the summer months, this cheese is unique, at first its flavour is subtle unlike most goats milk cheese, but then a strong rich after taste hits and lingers on the palette.
