Brie De Meaux is the most famous of French cheese, unfortunately this means that there can be many variations of it, we think that 'Donge" is the finest Brie there is.  It has a smooth runny texture, with a strong yet creamy flavour, in the Winter it can be almost as strong as Camembert.
