A vibrant, strong, almost acidic blue cheese made in the mountains of Northern Spain, and can contain any of goats, ewes or cows milk. Cabrales has an unusual sweetness and smooth creamyness. It is famous in the shop for its 'Cleans your teeth and numbs your gums' cheese label!
